Your total Mader's/German dining experience. Our best selling appetizer, salad, entree and desert, yet it's still a light meal. To start, Mader's Original Reuben Rolls-corned beef, cabbage and swiss cheese wrapped inside spring dough with Dusseldorf mustard sauce. Next, Baby Spinach salad with warm bacon dressing, red onion and diced hard boiled egg. Your entree is a sampling of each: Wiener Schnitzel, a lightly breaded pan sauted pork cutlet, Sauerbraten, roast beef marinated in secret spices for ten days then topped with a ginger snap brown sauce, and Kassler-Rippchen, juicy smoked pork loin.
