Baby spinach topped with sliced red onion and sliced egg, with our famous hot bacon dressing

Romain lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and homemade croutons (Add chicken for additional charge)

Grilled salmon fillet on a bed of greens, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled radishes with Dijon vinaigrette, with grilled lemons

•German Sampler:
Savor a sampling of Germany’s best: Rheinischer sauerbraten, wiener schnitzel, beef goulash, with spätzle and red cabbage. Wunderbar!

•Beef and Mushroom Strudel:
Shredded sauerbraten, Kassler Rippchen, Swiss cheese, grilled red onions, rolled in phyllo pastry and baked. Served with our ginger snap sauce

•Rheinischer Sauerbraten:
Marinated for ten days, oven roasted, served with our ginger snap sauce. Topped with toasted almonds, sour cream and golden raisins, with red cabbage and spätzle

•Roast Pork Shank:
Number one favorite for over one hundred years. Updated to a wonderfully delicious skinless shank with an apple demi-glaze. Served with sauerkraut and red potatoes

•Hungarian Style Beef Goulasch:
Braised beef sirloin with a rich, sweet Hungarian paprika sauce and caramelized onions. Served with spätzle and spinach

•Wiener Schnitzel:
Boneless pork cutlet lightly breaded and pan sautéed. Served with sauerkraut and spätzle

Wisconsin trout pan-seared with red potatoes, seasonal vegetables. Served with a lemon butter sauce
